This semi-automatic servo vertical filling machine is constructed of premium stainless steel, hygienic and corrosion-resistant. It is suitable for filling liquids, creams, ointments and other high-viscosity materials. Equipped with servo drive system and touch screen intelligent control, it ensures outstanding filling accuracy. Two operation modes are available: single filling via foot pedal and automatic continuous filling. The filling volume, speed and applicable bottle sizes can be customized as required, with easy disassembly and cleaning.

Hopper
Large-capacity feeding hopper for easy material loading. For creams and high-viscosity materials, materials can flow down smoothly by gravity to avoid material adhesion and feeding blockage, perfectly suitable for various thick paste materials.
Filling nozzle
Precision filling nozzle delivers steady and even material outflow. Its specifications can be adjusted according to bottle caliber and filling volume. It effectively prevents dripping, cuts off material cleanly after filling without staining bottle mouths, ensuring sanitary filling.
Touch screen control panel
High-definition touch HMI with visual parameter adjustment. Filling volume and operating speed can be set with one tap, user-friendly for operators. Physical start/stop and emergency stop buttons are equipped for immediate shutdown in emergencies to guarantee production safety.
Connector
Food-grade quick-clamp pipe connectors enable easy daily internal cleaning and sterilization. The pipeline joints feature excellent tightness with zero leakage and no material residue, complying with hygiene standards for cosmetic and pharmaceutical production.
Filter
ir filter pressure regulator removes moisture and impurities from compressed air, supplying clean air to protect internal pneumatic and servo components. Air pressure is adjustable to stabilize machine operation and extend service life.

A: Reduce the filling speed and lower the nozzle close to the bottle bottom to reduce air intake. Segmented filling mode can be activated to effectively control foaming for severe conditions.
Q: Can it fit bottles of different sizes and specifications?
A: Yes, interchangeable filling nozzles and adjustable machine height are available to fit most round containers, including glass bottles, plastic bottles, narrow-mouth bottles and wide-mouth bottles.

A: Standard stocked machines can be shipped within 7 working days. For customized equipment, the production lead time generally lasts 4 weeks to 2 months, determined by the design requirements and production complexity.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We usually accept payments through T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). For regular customers, we may also consider other payment methods after negotiation. A 40% deposit is required upon order confirmation, and the balance is due before shipment.
