Capping Wheels
Equipped with four wear-resistant silicone capping wheels. The soft silicone material grips caps tightly and evenly during operation. It delivers stable screwing performance without scratching or damaging cap surfaces. Compatible with various plastic caps, aluminum screw caps, pump caps and trigger caps.
Adjustable Clamping Block
Adopts linear guide sliding structure with adjustable clamping blocks. The horizontal spacing can be flexibly modified via the handwheel to fit bottles of different diameters. Quick specification switching without complicated tools, greatly improving production flexibility.
Control Panel
Digital intelligent control panel realizes precise adjustment of rotational speed and torque. Operators can set parameters visually. Equipped with pressure regulating filter and emergency stop button. Easy parameter management, safe and stable operation.

A: Yes. Flexible adjustable clamping block design supports round bottles, square bottles and partial irregular bottles.
Q: Do I need to replace spare parts when switching to different cap sizes?
A: No extra complicated parts replacement. You only need to adjust the horizontal & vertical distance of capping wheels. If cap diameter varies greatly, matched silicone rollers can be replaced easily without professional tools.
Q: What types of caps are suitable for this four-wheel capper?
A: It works for all kinds of threaded caps, including plastic screw caps, aluminum caps, pump caps, trigger spray caps.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: The MOQ varies by product. Standard models generally have an MOQ of 1 unit. For customized equipment, we can negotiate a proper order quantity according to your personalized requirements.
Q: How long does it take to deliver the machines after placing an order?
A: In-stock goods are available for shipment within 7 working days. The lead time for customized machines is 4 weeks to 2 months, determined by design complexity and production workload.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We generally accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) payment. For long-term clients, other payment terms can be discussed upon negotiation. A 40% deposit is required once the order is confirmed, and the remaining balance shall be paid before shipment.

Q: Do you provide installation and training services?
A: Yes, we provide on-site installation and training services for customers. Our technicians will complete proper machine installation and commissioning to guarantee stable operation. In addition, they will train your personnel on equipment operation, daily maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: Our machines enjoy a 1-year standard warranty. Within the warranty period, we provide free repair or replacement of defective components. Excluded are damages resulting from improper operation or force majeure. Besides, we offer long-term technical support and continuous spare parts supply.
