A: The MOQ varies by product. Standard models generally have an MOQ of 1 unit. For customized equipment, we can negotiate a proper order quantity according to your personalized requirements.

A: In-stock goods are available for shipment within 7 working days. The lead time for customized machines is 4 weeks to 2 months, determined by design complexity and production workload.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We generally accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) payment. For long-term clients, other payment terms can be discussed upon negotiation. A 40% deposit is required once the order is confirmed, and the remaining balance shall be paid before shipment.
