This is an integrated production unit dedicated to perfume manufacturing, which integrates stirring & mixing, low‑temperature cooling and precision filtration functions. It consists of a cooling reactor, plate‑and‑frame filter, microfiltration system, pneumatic diaphragm pump and electric control panel, driven by a pneumatic motor with a supporting control system, specially designed for the production process of alcohol‑based perfume.

Cooling Tube and Stirring Paddle
- The cooling tube delivers fast and even cooling for perfume liquid, effectively reducing essence volatilization and keeping the fragrance lasting and stable.
- The stirring paddle achieves full and homogeneous blending of perfume raw materials. It maintains balanced temperature inside the tank, facilitates impurity separation, and ensures consistent fragrance quality.
Microporous Filtration,
Plate and Frame Filter
The pneumatic diaphragm pump transports the cooled perfume to the filtration system. It first removes large particle impurities through integrated microporous filtration, and then undergoes deep precision filtration and purification via the plate-and-frame filter. It can efficiently eliminate fine impurities, colloids and sediments to achieve comprehensive purification and sterilization, leaving the perfume liquid crystal clear, pure in texture and stable in quality.
Circulation Pump
The Circulation pump enables continuous internal circulation of perfume liquid in the tank, effectively eliminating mixing dead zones. It maintains even temperature and homogeneous ingredient distribution throughout the material, while speeding up heat exchange to achieve faster cooling and superior filtration performance.
