Filling Nozzles
Adopts level filling principle. Negative pressure brings liquid to an identical level regardless of bottle base differences, avoiding uneven liquid surfaces and guaranteeing consistent finished look.
PLC Control Panel
Filling volume and filling time can be adjusted via the PLC touch screen for easy operation. It is equipped with an emergency stop button to shut down the machine immediately in case of emergencies and ensure safe operation.

A: Adopts negative pressure vacuum level filling principle. It measures by uniform liquid level height, unaffected by bottle base height errors, ensuring even liquid level. Equipped with precision pneumatic cylinder and vacuum back suction structure, it eliminates dripping and maintains stable filling accuracy with consistent finished product appearance.

A: Yes, we provide standard and explosion-proof types for options. Fully pneumatic drive without electric spark. The explosion-proof model is fully applicable for flammable and volatile materials such as perfume and alcohol, meeting daily chemical workshop safety standards.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: Minimum order quantity differs depending on the product. Standard machines can be ordered starting from 1 unit. For custom orders, we are flexible to agree on the quantity according to your demands.
Q: How long does it take to deliver the machines after placing an order?
A: Stock items are available for delivery within 7 working days. Lead time for custom-built equipment ranges from 4 weeks to 2 months, determined by design complexity and production requirements.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We generally accept T/T payments. Other payment options are negotiable for regular customers. A 40% deposit is required at order confirmation, and full balance must be cleared before delivery.
After - sales Service
Q: Do you provide installation and training services?
A: Yes, we provide on - site installation and training services for our customers. Our technicians will install and commission the machines to normal working status, and train your staff regarding operation, maintenance and basic fault handling.
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: Our machines carry a standard 1-year warranty. Within the warranty period, we offer free repair or replacement for defective components. This excludes damage resulting from improper operation or force majeure. We also provide long-term technical support and spare parts supply.
