Emulsifying Pump
Inline Homogenizer
All materials in the inline type are forced to fully pass through the shearing chamber. Each circulation undergoes high-intensity crushing by the stator and rotor, resulting in a narrow particle size distribution and extremely high consistency in emulsification and dispersion.


The three-stage working head easily achieves micron-level refinement, delivering superior stability for pastes and emulsions, with strong resistance to delamination, demulsification and sedimentation.


The inline homogenizer allows feeding at the front end and continuous discharging at the rear end. It can be connected to assembly line filling equipment, making it ideal for large-scale automated production lines with stable scale-up performance.


No reserved mounting opening for the homogenizer is required, which maximizes the effective volume utilization rate of the tank and reduces the overall installation height.


Equipped with a quick-disassembly structure, the shear head can be manually disassembled and cleaned within a few minutes. It can also be directly connected to the CIP cleaning pipeline for fully automatic flushing, greatly simplifying the cleaning process.


Inline Homogenizer with Rotary Pump


The inline homogenizer can be combined with a rotary lobe pump for integrated operation. Leveraging the positive displacement conveying advantage of the rotary lobe pump, it enhances feeding propulsion and pipeline circulation pressure for ultra-high viscosity materials. Low-shear, metered and stable material feeding ensures a constant homogenization throughput, delivering more uniform fineness of material emulsification and dispersion.


It also addresses common pain points of viscous materials such as poor self-priming performance and stagnant circulation flow. Both units feature hygienic quick-disassembly construction, enabling unified CIP cleaning and sterilization. Split operation reduces equipment wear and tear, supports dual processes including circulating homogenization and finished product transfer, and greatly improves production stability and service life for high-viscosity slurries, pastes and similar products.

Powder Hopper

The powder feeding hopper matched with the inline homogenizer is a special auxiliary component for solid-liquid wet feeding.

It relies on the vacuum negative pressure formed inside the cavity by the high-speed rotation of the homogenizer rotor to generate self-priming power. After dry powder is manually poured into the sealed hopper, the powder is uniformly sucked into the shear cavity under negative pressure.


The powder makes instant contact and gets wetted by the liquid phase inside the cavity, fundamentally solving common industry pain points including dust flying during open feeding, floating and agglomeration of powder into fish-eye lumps, as well as incomplete wetting that leads to difficult dispersion.
