Circulation Function
Each tank is equipped with self-circulation function, mainly used for even mixing of acid/alkaline detergent, uniform heating and temperature holding, preventing residue sediment inside tank, as well as self-cleaning of CIP tank itself and pump protection.
Control Panel
This CIP cleaning system adopts an integrated stainless steel control panel. All core operations including heating and pump start-stop can be centrally controlled here. It integrates temperature control, current monitoring, liquid level display, level alarm and power indication for convenient on-site cleaning management.
Centrifugal Pump
The centrifugal pump of this CIP system acts as the power unit for medium transfer. It conveys different cleaning media for the three tanks, including hot water, acid and alkaline solutions. Meanwhile, it enables independent self-circulation of each tank and cross circulation of media between tanks, forming a stable circulating flow of cleaning liquid to ensure effective clean-in-place.
Drain Outlet
Each tank of this CIP system is equipped with an independent drain port. It is used to discharge waste liquid, sediment and residual media after cleaning. Installed at the low position of the tank, it can completely empty the liquid inside the vessel to avoid retention of acid, alkali or hot water, prevent cross-contamination of media, and facilitate tank draining, maintenance and cleaning with smooth drainage performance.

A: For in - stock items, delivery can be arranged within 7 working days. For custom - made machinery, the production and delivery time typically range from 4 weeks to 2 months, depending on the complexity of the design and production process.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We usually accept payments through T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). For regular customers, we may also consider other payment methods after negotiation. A 40% deposit is required upon order confirmation, and the balance is due before shipment.

A: Yes, we offer on - site installation and training services for our customers. Our technicians will ensure that the machines are properly installed and operational. They will also train your staff on machine operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
