Handwheel Adjustment
The labeling machine mainly adopts a handwheel and lead screw structure for tool-free adjustment. Parameters such as height, conveyor width and labeling head position can be adjusted simply by turning the handwheel without loosening multiple screws or using wrenches. Most models are equipped with a graduated dial for precise reproduction of adjusted positions. It features short setup time for bottle changeovers and lower operator skill requirements, along with less label waste from trial labeling.
Wrap-around Label
The label routing assembly consists of a label unwinding reel, multiple guide rollers, tension buffer unit, traction driving roller and liner rewinding reel. The label web runs along neatly arranged guide rollers with controllable tension for smooth feeding to prevent deviation and web breakage. After label peeling, the release liner is rewound automatically. It supports quick change of different label widths and ensures stable continuous labeling.
High Precision Sensor
The labeling machine is equipped with object detection sensor and label sensor. The object sensor detects whether bottles arrive at the labeling station to avoid dispensing labels without products. The label sensor detects gaps or color marks between labels to precisely control label feeding length, ensuring consistent labeling position and preventing missing, repeated or incorrect labeling.
Touch Screen
This machine adopts touch screen control. Operators can adjust process parameters such as conveyor speed, label feeding speed, label length, feeding delay, label stop offset and sensor sensitivity on the HMI. It supports manual jog test. Functions include multi-language switching, fault alarm, auto-stop for missing bottles or labels. The system can be extended to connect coders and other peripheral devices with reliable parameter storage and stable operation.
