Carton Magazine Area
Operators load flat collapsed carton blanks into the equipment’s carton magazine.
The magazine can store a large quantity of carton blanks at one time, effectively extending the interval between refills, cutting down the frequency of frequent manual replenishment, reducing production downtime and ensuring continuous and stable machine operation.
Carton Erecting
The machine picks flat carton blanks automatically from the magazine by vacuum suction cups, erects cartons, folds bottom flaps and seals the bottom. Formed empty cartons are conveyed to packing station fully automatically without manual work.
Vacuum suction avoids carton damage; stable mechanical bottom folding; photo sensor for carton shortage alarm; quick size adjustment for different cartons.

Case Packing
Bottles, cans or jars are conveyed, collated and counted. After the products are grouped, they are picked and placed into erected cartons by the manipulator.
Stable packing, anti-toppling and anti-squeezing; customizable multi-row layout; compatible with round and square bottles, cans and jars; equipped with jam detection protection.
It reduces heavy manual packing work, prevents miscounting and messy arrangement. Products are neatly arranged inside cartons with a higher automation level.
Carton Sealing
After packing, cartons are transferred to sealing station. The machine folds top flaps automatically and seals carton top with tape or hot melt glue. Finished sealed cases are discharged.
Smooth and tight sealing without wrinkle; optional tape or hot melt glue sealing; easy adjustment for different carton sizes; low failure rate.

Q: How long does it take to deliver the machines after placing an order?
A: For in - stock items, delivery can be arranged within 7 working days. For custom - made machinery, the production and delivery time typically range from 4 weeks to 2 months, depending on the complexity of the design and production process.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We usually accept payments through T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). For regular customers, we may also consider other payment methods after negotiation. A 40% deposit is required upon order confirmation, and the balance is due before shipment.

Q: Do you provide installation and training services?
A: Yes, we offer on - site installation and training services for our customers. Our technicians will ensure that the machines are properly installed and operational. They will also train your staff on machine operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: Our products come with a standard warranty of 1 year. During this period, we will repair or replace any defective parts free of charge, excluding damages caused by improper use or force majeure. We also provide long - term technical support and supply of spare parts.
