PP material filling nozzles feature excellent acid and alkali resistance, compatible with various corrosive liquids and resistant to chemical swelling. The smooth surface avoids material adhesion for easy cleaning. Lightweight and cost-effective, they have good insulation performance, ideal for anti-corrosion filling applications.
The feeding pipeline and servo metering module of multi-head anti-corrosion filling machine adopt PP ball valves and corrosion-resistant hoses. Each filling channel is controlled by an independent servo pump. It resists acid and alkali and is suitable for various corrosive liquids. The pipeline features quick-disassembly design for simple assembly and disassembly, convenient cleaning and maintenance. The control panel is fitted with a red emergency stop button for one-click shutdown in case of emergencies, protecting equipment and operators.
