Reverse Osmosis Membrane
The RO membrane is the "heart" of the RO pure water system. Its surface is covered with ultra-fine pores with a pore size of only 0.0001 micrometers (μm), which retains almost all substances larger than this pore size.

Its core function is to accurately retain harmful substances such as impurities, ions, and microorganisms from raw water by means of "reverse osmosis" — a physical separation technology — and ultimately produce pure water that meets high-purity requirements.


We only adopt DOW from United States or CSM from Korea to ensure long service life and steady working performance. It can remove particles, colloids, organic impurities, heavy metal ions, bacteria, virus, heat source etc. harmful substances and 99%

dissolved salts.



Pre-treatment Filter
Quartz sand filter:
The core function of a quartz sand filter is to remove suspended particles, colloidal impurities, and some turbidity-causing substances from water. It provides qualified inlet water quality for subsequent advanced treatment process and prevents clogging or contamination of subsequent precision equipment.


Activated carbon filter:

In water treatment systems, the activated carbon filter is one of the core pre-treatment or advanced treatment equipment. Its primary function is to remove organic pollutants, abnormal colors, odors, residual chlorine, and some heavy metal ions from water through the adsorption capacity of activated carbon. Meanwhile, it improves the taste and safety of water quality, providing qualified water for subsequent precision treatment (such as reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration) or direct drinking.


Resin softener:

A resin water softener tank is the core equipment for solving water "hardness issues". Its primary function is to remove calcium (Ca²⁺) and magnesium (Mg²⁺) ions (known as "hardness ions") from water through the ion exchange process of the softening resin inside the tank. This converts "hard water" into "soft water", preventing hardness ions from forming scale in pipes and equipment while improving water usage experience and equipment operating efficiency.

EDI (Electrodeionization)
It is an advanced desalination technology that combines "ion exchange resins" with "electrolysis".

Its core principle is to utilize an electric field to drive the directional migration of ions (such as calcium, magnesium, sodium, and chlorine) in water. These ions are then adsorbed and transferred by the ion exchange resins, and finally discharged through the concentrated water chamber—thus achieving deep water purification (which can increase the resistivity of water to 15-18.2 MΩ·cm, approaching the ultrapure water standard).


Compared with traditional ion exchange technology, EDI eliminates the need for frequent resin regeneration using acids and alkalis. It features continuous water production, no pollution, and high automation, making it one of the core equipment for ultrapure water preparation.



Ozone Generator
Disinfection and sterilisation:

Ozone has strong oxidizing properties and can quickly and efficiently kill microorganisms in water such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites and protozoa, ensuring water quality safety.


Remove the pollutant:

Ozone can decompose many organic pollutants in water, such as pesticide residues, detergents, phenols, cyanides, petroleum compounds, refractory chemicals, and algal secretions, into small - molecule substances, thereby reducing the chemical oxygen demand (COD) and biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) in water.


Improve water quality:

It can convert complex odor molecules into odorless or less smelly substances, thereby removing odors from water. It can break the double bonds of dye chromogenic groups, and play a decolorizing role in water sources that are colored due to containing metal ions such as iron and manganese or organic substances, as well as printing and dyeing and dye wastewater, making the water clearer.
