This automatic end-of-line palletizer is designed for carton stacking at the end of packaging lines. Cartons are fed into the machine via conveyor. Internal mechanical components arrange individual cartons into pre-set neat layers automatically. Once one layer is fully formed, the whole layer will be transferred and stacked onto the pallet layer by layer until the full pallet is completed.

The equipment minimizes manual carton handling, greatly boosts production throughput and maintains uniform palletizing quality. Integrated safety protection devices prevent accidental injury. This palletizer can work seamlessly with upstream conveyors and fits food, chemical, daily goods and other packaging production.

The suction gripper moves above the carton layer, and the blue silicone suction cups press against the top surfaces of cartons to grip the entire layer.

It translates the whole carton layer horizontally to the area above the pallet. Once reaching the designated palletizing position, the suction is released to drop the cartons and finish the placement.

The gripper then returns to its home position to repeat the cycle, stacking layer by layer until the pallet is fully loaded.

The palletizer precisely places the grabbed cartons onto the pallet. After one layer is fully placed, the gripper returns to the picking station to pick the next set of pre-arranged cartons and stack them on top of the previous layer. The machine repeats this operation, stacking layer by layer until the pallet reaches the preset total number of layers to finish full pallet palletizing.

Bottles, cans or jars are conveyed, collated and counted. After grouping, products are picked and placed into cartons by the manipulator to complete packing. Filled cartons are conveyed to the rear palletizer station. The vacuum suction gripper of the palletizer accurately places cartons onto the pallet until the pallet reaches the preset number of layers, finishing full pallet palletizing.

This integrated case packer and palletizer line automates product packing and carton palletizing. It replaces manual packing, carton handling and stacking to cut labor costs. It ensures stable and consistent packing and palletizing quality, avoiding miscounting, messy arrangement and irregular stack shapes caused by manual operations. It raises the automation level and throughput of the entire packaging line, suitable for end-of-line packaging of bottled and canned products in food, daily chemical and chemical industries.
