● Mixing Drum
The powder mixing tank is usually U-shaped or trough-shaped, made of stainless steel 304 or 316L. The smooth inner wall facilitates material cleaning and discharging.
● Ribbon Agitator
Outer Ribbon: Pushes materials toward both ends, creating axial convection.
Inner Ribbon: Pushes materials toward the center, forming a circular mixing path with the outer ribbon.
The ribbons are fixed on a central shaft inside the powder mixing machine. During rotation, they cause three-dimensional movement of materials, enhancing mixing efficiency.
● Transmission System
Includes motors and reducers, providing rotational power for the ribbons. The rotation speed can be customized to be adjustable.
● Feeding and Discharging Ports
The feeding port is typically located at the top of the drum for batch feeding; the discharging port is at the bottom, with discharge speed controlled by valves.
